Problem creating the App Service and the MySQL Database

Good morning,
I'm having a problem creating my Azure App Service and MySQL database. When I try to create them through the Azure portal, the deployment process gets stuck and doesn't progress. I've waited a long time, but it seems the deployment never ends.
Here are the details of my problem:
- App Service Name: [Prodject]
Database type: Azure Database for MySQL
- Selected region: [West Europe]
- Resource group: [project-rg]
Steps followed:
Opening the Azure portal
Creating a new Azure App Service with PHP
Setting up a new MySQL database
Launch of deployment
The process gets stuck at the deployment stage with no visible progress.
Can you help me resolve this issue or tell me what additional steps I could take to successfully deploy my App Service and database?
