Fixing BizTalk 2020 Server Receive Location archiving

I had to recreate a receive location that had been previously archiving files received from the service. It is not archving, even though it is configured exactly like the other sister receive locations configured the same except for the field identifying which service is being used to feed the receive location. I need for these files to archive--they appear to be getting processed in our application, just not archived.
