Authenticator not linked to Admin Account

I am trying to log into my very small business admin account, but the 2FA keeps sending me to Authenticator, which doesn't seemed to be synced for the Microsoft admin account. I am in a vicious circle of trying to fix it, but can't because everywhere I try to go to fix it requires me to sign into the very thing I'm trying to fix. I need the 2FA reset to no, so I can sign in and fix it. I tried calling help desk, but they require my contract ID which is also locked behind the 2FA. How do I talk to a person at MS to fix this?

@Steven @Pulse Management Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are in authentication loop, which portal are you to access it?

@Givary-MSFT I don't have the Tenant-ID available spountne@pulsemanagementbc.onmicrosoft.com business account Admin user name, I've scanned my email but don't have it in my archive. When I try to raise a support ticket, it asks me to sign in with my MS Business account which I'm locked out of. The lock out circle continues. When I call the help desk, it asks for the ID as well.. which I don't have. I'm really stuck in a circle here. Are there any other suggestions?

@Givary-MSFT my partner has gone through all the links! Can you help us open up a support ticket? He’s the only admin and has been locked out. We’ve tried calling but now the automated call just routes us to support loops. We can’t go farther because the business support is only available for admins and so when we try that the loop continues

No traction, no help other than links to pages that do not help because of the 2FA loop. I'm thinking of cancelling my 365 account.

Hello Steven, is the account called '@AzureSupport'? And yes, the only responses I've been receiving so far are the standard information, links to unhelpful pages, and instructions to call for technical support (an automated recording provides me with the same links)

Steps to Contact Microsoft Support:
