Azure OpenAi Web App return name of files in citation references

I setup an AI Search with an AI Multi Service & Azure Open AI resource and deployed the default web app template. I was able to query the gpt3-turbo model and return document names in the citations references in the free tier of AI search enrichments but when I scaled to the paid version, I only get citations in the format citation 1, citation 2, etc... I name the names of the actual documents references. Any help is appreciated. User's image

    Hello Zasin,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you please share the document you are referring to for this set up so that we can reproduce it to see what is the problem?

Generally, there are two possible solution for this issue -

    1. Check Enrichment Configuration: Review the configuration settings for the AI Search enrichments in both the free and paid tiers. Ensure that the settings for document name extraction or citation formatting are consistent across both tiers. There might be specific settings or options that need to be adjusted in the paid version to enable the extraction of document names.
    2. Verify Data Sources: Ensure that the documents referenced in the citations are properly indexed and accessible by the AI Search service. If the documents are not indexed or unavailable in the paid version, it could prevent the extraction of document names from the citations.

Please kindly check on above workaround to see does it help, please also share the document you used so that we can investigate deeper. I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Yutong
