Microsoft edge Group policy issue

We purchased the following models of Dell desktops and we have been configured specific group policies for Edge via Active Directory from AD. However, upon opening Edge under my domain user account on that PC, it doesn't seem to be applying any policies.

Upon checking the registry of the PC, I can see the policies there, but Edge isn't reflecting them. All other PCs are functioning properly, except for this model. I contacted Dell for assistance, but they informed me that Edge and Group Policies are not Dell products, so they cannot provide support in this case.

On all other PCs, Edge displays "Managed by organization," but on this particular PC, it doesn't show any indication.

    Hi @Mohammed Kasim,

Not sure why other PCs have that group policy, but Provisionedhomepages is not a policy for new Microsoft Edge (Chromium). It is a group policy for Legacy Microsoft Edge. That's why you can't find it on the new Microsoft Edge (Chromium).

The Legacy Microsoft Edge is out of support now. Please configure the group policy according to the new policy documentation. For example, RestoreOnStartupURLs is the policy if you want to specify sites to open when the browser starts.

    UPDATE

Please note that you are still configuring old policies for Legacy Microsoft Edge, which will NOT be applied to new Microsoft Edge.

You should refer to https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies for configuration, and install the policy template for Microsoft Edge per this tutorial.

For example, if you need to configure HomepageLocation, you should go to Administrative Templates/Microsoft Edge/Startup, home page and new tab page, and find "Configure the home page URL":

    User's imageOr registry editor:

    User's image

    And the result:

    User's image
