Try the following and see if it helps:
1.Enabling Live Translated Captions:
- Turn on Live Captions: During the meeting, have your user click the three dots (...) next to the captions box and select "Turn captions on."
- Access Caption Settings: Once captions appear, they can click the gear icon next to the captions box to open "Settings."
- Choose Translation Language: Under "Caption language," they can pick the language they want the captions translated into.
2. Live translated captions (Requires Teams Premium):
- For your user: They can request live translated captions be enabled for the meeting if they are the organizer.
- Open the event in their Teams calendar.
- Go to "Meeting options" and select "Translate attendee captions."
- Choose the languages attendees can see the captions translated to (including English for your user).
- For other attendees: If the organizer has enabled it, they can choose their preferred caption language during the meeting.
- Click on the captions and select "Settings"
- Choose the language they want the captions translated to.
