I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that we have successfully completed the installation and configuration of Microsoft Configuration Manager. We have also finalized the SQL configuration and integrated it with our domain controller. Additionally, we have uploaded the Windows image and enabled PXE boot from the Microsoft Configuration Manager Console. However, we are encountering a problem when attempting to boot devices using PXE. The process gets stuck at the "IP Version 4" stage, and the devices do not proceed to boot via PXE. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your support. Best regards

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Please help check the smspxe.log on the server to see if there is any useful information.

2,Please confirm that you have deployed the task sequence to unknown computers or your collections and distributed the boot images to your PXE enabled distribute points.

3,Do the clients are in the same subnet/VLAN with the distribute points and DHCP server? If not, please configure IP-helper to see if it works.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
