I have been using Office 365 for almost a year with my current plan, and one of the key features, was to have share folders and sync them to appear in the local file explorer, but since yesterday that option disappear and we cannot continue to work as intended.

Here is a screen shot of a shared folder that doesn't have the sync option, but It was there when I started my subscription.

    Hi,

Did this problem appear in all files in shared folder or a specific file?

You can try to create a new file with full permission and check if it will help you.

Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to sync the shared folder. Ask the folder owner to check the permissions by clicking the vertical ellipsis button and selecting “Manage access.” Make sure you have edit permissions.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
