    Hi Sia,
To allow external domain email delivery to an internal domain group, you’ll need to configure the mail flow rules in your mail exchange (MX) settings. First you create a mail contact with test3@B.com mail address. Dont forget "Allow External Delivery to Internal Group" in mailbox that will receive emails from outside.
