By making application on Azure portal, I did'nt have the access of Microsoft Advertising Api to get Bing Ads Api and it is also giving error Authentication failed, Either supplied credentials is incorrect or account is inactive

Can be some issues related with authentication or authorization. Is important share the specific error (Common errors are 105 and 106) to make a better comment.
Try validate if token needs to be renewed, if account is compromised, if account is locked or disabled, account permissions over resource, etc.
