How can I delete/cancel an Azure account? (I cant access anymore that account)

It's important to note that you will not be charged for a free trial. When you use up your $200 free credit or reach the end of your 30 days, we’ll notify you so you can decide if you want to move to pay-as-you-go pricing. If you don’t, your account and services will be disabled. So for your scenario, simply not upgrading your account will result in it being disabled.

If you no longer have access to the Azure subscription or the email on file, there aren't many recovery options available. Phone support is available, however you would need to provide verification that you are the account holder (and it sounds like that would be your organization).

1. In the Azure portal, navigate to Cost Management + Billing.
2. In the left menu, select either Subscriptions or Azure subscriptions, depending on which is available to you. If you have a support plan, it appears in the list.
3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
4. At the top of page, select Cancel.
5. If you have any resources associated with the subscription, they're shown on the page. At the top of the page, select Cancel subscription.
