Hello,
I'm an Executive Assistant, my boss uses Outlook and has multiple email folders. She's given me access to all the main folders and I assume that would include visibility to sub folders as well, but I can't see any of them.
We are both on Exchange accounts and she's given me full editor rights as her delegate to inbox and calendar. I have tried Outlook online, the app and the Legacy app, read all the help articles and nothing is synching or showing up.
Are folders only local to her computer or something?
Thanks so much.
Alex
