    Hi @Gio Gio

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on the sender's email address, it's likely to be a phishing scam. One of the ways to identify whether an email is from Microsoft support is to check the sender's email address. Microsoft support uses the following domains to send emails:

    • microsoft.com
    • microsoftsupport.com
    • mail.support.microsoft.com

Please do not reply, click on any links, or open any attachments. For guidance on spotting phishing emails and reporting them, see Protect yourself from phishing.
