    Hi Brian,

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check for Overheating: Make sure your computer is not overheating. Clean the dust from the fans and heatsinks to ensure proper cooling.
    2. Reseat Hardware Components: Power off your computer and reseat all cards, memory, and cables to make sure they are properly connected.
    3. Update Drivers: Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause hardware errors. Update all system drivers, especially the ones related to the motherboard and graphics card.
    4. Run Hardware Diagnostics: Use built-in diagnostics tools to check the health of your hardware components.
    5. Check Power Supply: Ensure that your power supply unit (PSU) is working correctly and providing stable power to your components.

    Hello

WHEA usually means a hardware error.

According to the error message, it seems it is related to processor. If over-clocking has been enabled, try disabling it. Confirm that any cooling systems such as fans are functional.

Try to update the driver from the device manufacturer website especially the chipset drivers.

We may consider to ask for help from the device manufacturer support for hardware issue.
