- Check if autodiscover and EWS services are accessible from external and have the default authentication enabled on the virtual directories
- Check if accounts - Exchange onpremise and Office365 accounts have the required permissions
- check if network ports are allowed for incoming traffic to exchange from Office365 IP ranges

Additionally, since Exchange is installed on Azure IaaS, please make sure to follow the hardware requirements are considered. Deployment on Microsoft Azure virtual machines is supported if all storage volumes used for Exchange databases and database transaction logs (including transport databases) are configured for Azure Premium Storage.
