Client is not showing Updates

Hi all!!

We have issue with updates deployment... I read a lot about this issue and I followed the steps to check all flow.

I can say the client is not doing the scan itself ...

I tried to stop windows update service and rename softwaredistribution folder. Not working...

Applications are downloaded and installed correctly.

At scanagent.log I can see. Sources are current, but Invalid. TTL is also invalid.

Then doesn't process anything and start to get sources location ...

Have nobody some idea about this?

I have this issue in SCCM not in Intune. This article is for Intune devices.

For SCCM some potential solutions,

Reset the Windows Update Agent data store https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/configmgr/update-management/troubleshoot-software-update-scan-failures (please read all article).

I have been read the article but I can't stablish where is 100% the issue...

I explain my self... I have seen the policy at WMI:

I have all points checked until:

Step 1: Scan Agent creates a scan request based on the available policy

I can't found the following lines:

CScanAgent::ScanByUpdates- Policy available for UpdateSourceID={C2D17964-BBDD-4339-B9F3-12D7205B39CC} ContentVersion=38 ScanAgent CScanAgent::ScanByUpdates- Added Policy to final ScanRequest List UpdateSourceID={C2D17964-BBDD-4339-B9F3-12D7205B39CC}, Policy-ContentVersion=38, Required-ContentVersion=38 ScanAgent

But I can see the policy at WMI device. So... What's happening?
