Yesterday i completed the module 'Get started with security roles in dataverse' https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-gb/training/paths/manage-permissions-administration-common-data-service/

but it was showing as incomplete and the points were not given.

i noticed that at the top of the module it shown that i completed 10 out of the 11 units even though it was only showing 10 units.

Today the module states that is is now 10 units so i thought it has been resolved but it still shows that i haven't completed the module even though i have completed all 10 units.

I have gone through all the items again but still cant complete.

Please help so i can continue with this course.

Many Thanks,

    Hi Jason Moss,
Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I apologize for the inconvenience and understand your concern regarding the module completion issue. Please follow these steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Log Out and Clear Cache: Log out from all tabs within your current browser and clear your cache files. Afterward, try logging in again using your Learn ID credentials.
    2. Use Incognito/Private Browsing: Sign out from your current browser session and attempt logging in from an incognito window or private browsing mode.
    3. Switch Browsers: If the above steps don’t work, try switching to a different browser and retry the login process.

Sometimes, the main page updates within minutes, but occasionally it can take a couple of hours. I recommend refreshing the page periodically over the next few hours to check if it shows 100% completion.

I hope this helps resolve the issue. If you continue to experience problems, please feel free to reach out for further assistance.
