This automated feature is not supported in Outlook at the moment. In Outlook, you can only automate the addition of events from an email to your calendar.

In the meantime, I'll be sending a feature request to the product team on the official feedback portal. I will leave the link below so that you or others can also vote or comment there when they see this topic. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
