We had just under 1 TB of storage available for SharePoint and within the past couple of days it has dwindled to almost nothing. How do I find out which site, or sites, have consumed that buffer we had?

    Hi @Richard Gibbons ,

As a SharePoint admin, you can access the SharePoint site usage report to gain insights into site activity and storage consumption. Here’s how:

    1. In the admin center, go to Reports > Usage.
    2. From the dashboard homepage, under Reports, select SharePoint.
    3. Review the site usage report to understand trends and per-site details for all sites.

You can also export the report data to an Excel .csv file for further analysis. Keep in mind that the report covers trends over the last 7, 30, 90, or 180 days, and selecting a specific day shows data up to 28 days from the current date. Investigate the report to identify which site(s) contributed to the storage consumption.
