I have deployed Azure postgreSQL flexible server with version 16.2 using Terraform. It was working fine, since last week, post the HA is had an issue due to Azure policy we lost the connection to the DB server from Azure portal.
We can see the db information from AZ cli, but nothing is visible from Azure portal.
Getting the below error while executing terraform deployment pipeline to deploy other services and its giving an error as below.

Due to this we are getting stuck and unable to deploy any new services even its failed in terrafrom plan state .

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
As I understand, you could access Azure PostgreSQL Database due to Azure Policy.
Could you please modify policy and check so that it does not block DB?
