I'm trying to go in an look at workflows. Whether I am in in the old or new Purview Governance Page, there are no results.I have found a lot of Microsoft articles (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/purview/concept-workflow) about needing Workflow admin to see it all. It is nowhere to be found.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding the Workflow Admin role in Microsoft Purview. Just to clarify, are you looking for the Workflow Admin role in order to view workflows, or to create and manage them?
