We are facing issue while enrolling the ios device to intune error as "safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error".We have delete the cache of safari but issue not resolved.

1.Which version of your iOS device?
2.Please try to download the newest company portal app.
3.Please make sure the "MDM Push Certificate" is not expired and shows active in intune portal.
If all the above is normal, please try to re-enroll the device.
