@Mike Becker Thanks for your patience! This is a known issue where if a customer deletes and recreate their service in pretty quick fashion.
We have a background job which cleans up hostname after customer terminates their service. We will be rolling out fix for this with upcoming release. In meantime, please follow below options to mitigate this issue.
- Delete current activate service, wait around 1 hour for GC to be finished and then re-active the service with the same name.
- Activate the service with a different name in the same region and restore backup
