Unable to login to Microsoft 365 account because 2fa is enabled and my old phone with authenticator app is not accessible

My old phone with the Microsoft authenticator app got damaged and can't be accessed. So I got a new phone and downloaded the authenticator app on it. But when I'm trying to log in to my MS 365 work account it asks for verification code from the authenticator app and since my old phone is not accessible I'm stuck in a loop and can't access my work account. Please help me.
