    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. To be eligible for the $100 Azure credit for students, you need to meet certain requirements:

1.You must be age 18 or older.

2.You should attend an accredited, degree-granting two-year or four-year educational institution as a full-time student.

3.Verify your academic status through your organization’s email address.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Magdy Ahmed Elghity,

We appreciate your engagement with us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    • Ensure that your email address is from an accredited educational institution. Only certain institutions are eligible for the $100 free credit.
    • Sometimes, there might be a specific list of domains that are recognized as eligible. Double-check if your institution's domain is included.
    • Make sure that your account is set up correctly and that you are not violating any of Azure’s terms for the free credit. Confirm that you haven’t already claimed the free credit before, as it is typically a one-time offer per user or account.
    • Some platforms require verification documents to prove your student status. Ensure that you have submitted all required documentation correctly and that it is up to date.
    • If you're eligible, then I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
    • Please refer to the Microsoft for Students FAQ here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/

If you find this response helpful and it resolves your issue, please consider marking it as “Accepted” or giving it an upvote. This will help others in the community find the solution more easily.
