    Unfortunately, SharePoint Online does not support public web sites.

    Hi @Carol Rich ,

    Unfortunately, SharePoint does not currently support making the page available to everyone, even if you change the site to Public. Maximum also needs to be met that everyone has to either be a member of your organization or be explicitly invited to the site.
