Hello experts!
We have to configure VPP apps in Intune, for this, everything is in place between ABM and Intune.
Still, when initiating the sync process from Apple VPP Token in Intune, no VPP apps are popping in the Intune.
Our client claims that they have licensed the apps in the ABM correctly, and they don't want to give us access of the ABM. So, how can we check and verify the issue that is occurring, please suggest some solution for troubleshooting the same.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
1.Did all VPP apps have the same situation? Or just one VPP app?
2.Please try to sync the target VPP token manually in > Tenant Administration > Connectors and tokens > Apple VPP Tokens.
Based on my research, I also find there is a PowerShell script can sync VPP apps.
