Actionable message not working with send email option

Hi,

I need to send an email with options to approve and reject for a scenario and want to log that approver of email to my system. The logic app's send email with option activity gives two possible ways to approve a button, one is through plain html button which redirects to browser and other is actionable message in the mail which gives the user details of the approver.

So I have implemented the email with actionable message and working fine till last week. The actionable message stopped showing and displaying as plain html button only to all specific domain email receivers and as a result I'm not able to get the approver info. Can you help me on this if there is any way to check why the actionable message stopped working?
