Hi, I am new to Azure Container apps and currently trying to understand the billing model.
I have referred the following pages
https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/container-apps/billing#resource-consumption-charges
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/container-apps/#pricing

I would like to understand how the billing would apply if I have a "single active replica with 0.5vCPU and 1GB RAM?
Will I be billed at flat "$0.000024 per second" for the vCPU even though only 0.5vCPU is provisioned?
Or, will I be billed at half the vCPU per second price since only 0.5VCPU is provisioned which is "$0.000012 per second"?

    Hello Dhruv.Parekh,

    Thanks again for your question.

Pricing for vCPU is based on the allocated vCPU usage. With 0.5 vCPU provisioned, you'll be billed at half that rate.

Rather than manually calculating I will recommend you use the Azure pricing calculator. With this, you can have more accurate values https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/calculator/

    Regards,

    Abiola
