Trying to create a LUIS resource. I enter the instance name but no matter what i get "the provided sub-domain is either invalid or already in use

Trying i enter a totally unique random name for instance details but no matter what i enter I get "the provided sub domain name is either invalid or already in use."
For example, all of these names are invalid:
HFDHFDJHDFJHFDJFSDD3R433
newamericanai-test-bot
zxzxcCVzbvvvDSCzXczxCadsafvxzvxzvxzzvXvxzvasd
jhfahgfweoisdhaghwrypoFDSFWF342341gfsfesqfds
The odds of all of those names being already in use is 3.06x10^-115.
This is a bad bug that has ground my dev to a halt

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues while creating a LUIS resource. Starting April 1st, 2023, customers will not be able to create new LUIS resources. However, existing LUIS resources will continue to be supported until the retirement date of October 1st, 2025.
If you're trying to create a new LUIS resource, you may encounter issues due to the retirement of LUIS. In this case, we recommend that you start planning for migration to conversational language understanding to benefit from continued product support and multilingual capabilities.

2024-06-19T00:54:11.04+00:00 It really didn't. Are you saying that no one can use your Bot Framework until 2025 because we cant create a resource? That makes zero sense.
I know that you are retiring the thing. I went to the website for the creation of Azure resources, searched for conversational language understanding and it took me to the page for the creation of the resource where I had the problem. LUIS brought me to the same page.
So when I went to the link you provided and clicked on Quickstart, it took me to the start of this whole mess all over again, asking for a resource. How about this. How do I create a resource that I can use with the bot framework?

I apologize for any confusion caused. Let me clarify my previous response.
You are correct that the retirement of LUIS does not mean that you cannot use the Bot Framework. The Bot Framework can still be used with other Azure services, such as conversational language understanding.
CLU can be used in multiple scenarios including bot. See: CLU Example usage scenarios.
