Universal Print (HP Printers) Issues

Have 3 HP printers that are marked as stopped in Azure Tenant, so they should be working properly. They are all shared in Universal print via a UP host device. They have a valid IP address. All the printers can be printed to locally (plugging straight into them). Have tried restarting all printers and UP host device. All 3 printers are shared by UP but all marked as stopped for no apparent reason.
