Add a mail box in outlook for an old email adress

I need to add our old live.fr adress in outlook, but I can't find how.

Could you log in the live.fr address on Web Mail?
As I know, if you haven't accessed the accounts for a long time, they would be inactive and purged, please first ensure that your accounts are active before you add them in Outlook.

If you could log in them on Web Mail, please understand the live account is not available now, so I couldn't test on my environment. But based on my research, we could add the live.com account via IMAP setting, it's suggested to add it by the steps below to check if it could be helpful to you:

• Create a new Profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show profiles>Add>type a new name)
• Manual configure your account(Manual setup or additional server types>POP or IMAP>type your address, password, incoming server--"outlook.office365.com", outcoming server-- "smtp.office3653.com")
• More setting>under Outgoing Server, check "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication">under Advanced, IMAP port "993" & encryption "SSL/TLS", SMTP port "587" & encryption "STARTTLS">OK.
