Disable reply all on some composed emails

Hi all,

Is it possible to stop users using "reply to all" button when I send select emails to others?

There is no built-in functionality in Outlook to prevent that. The usual workaround is to add the address to the BCC line and leave the To/CC fields empty, so that pressing the reply/reply all button results in empty address line.

Hi Visual,

I know a few years back I created Rights Management Services which works still on outlook app:

But from outlook online I am unable to select it. I guess this is an old functionality then?

RMS templates are still an option, just not built-in one :)

To assign an RMS template to a message via OWA (Outlook Online), use the Sensitivity button on the Ribbon (looks like a paintbrush). You might have to hit the "..." item first, or alternatively go to Options tab.
