Problem adding an Exchange email account to Outlook 365

Hi,
On an up-to-date Outlook 365, I have already previously configured an IMAP account and another EXCHANGE account. I am unsuccessfully trying to configure a second Exchange account.

I followed the OVH (my host) tutorial by following an advanced configuration and then choosing Exchange. After entering the password, Outlook displays the message "We couldn't connect to the incoming server (IMAP). Check your email address and password, then try again."

But the password is correct, and it is indeed an Exchange account.

Microsoft France support gave up by sending me here, and OVH explains that it must be an issue with Outlook.
Thanks
Nicolas

    Hi @Faery Fu-MSFT ,

Sure. The installed version is Microsoft® Outlook® pour Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2406 Build 16.0.17726.20078) 64 bits. Office tells me it's the latest one.

I've tried your suggestion about a new profile, but something odd happens then when I'm asked to type the password :

The first email adress mentioned above is the one I'm trying to configure, but the second one is the other Exchange email that I've already configurered and which is properly working. I don"'t see any reason why both would be mentioned in this box. Anyway, I've tried both passwords without result!

Besides, when switching to the original profile, I've had to retype the password of the first Exchange email address.

    Thanks for your help

    Nicolas

    Hi @Faery Fu-MSFT ,
Are you still with me? I think you missed my answer.
