If your server in the East US region It seems on June 19, 2024, Azure has been experiencing an issue affecting the Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible servers in that region. You may need to wait for the server to come online, or you can contact the support team to get more details about your server and check if it is impacted by this ongoing issue.
