We submitted an ID validation request on the 24th of May and it's still showing as In Progress. I think we've given it plenty of time ...
We raised a support ticket and haven't had a response in a week since posting it.
The org is @chrisbooksprout (I think). ID is for Authorbase.
Can we have some help please?

The support request ID is 2406110040010956 (interestingly, my ticket appears to be missing on my list of open tickets now and I can only access it via a link I had ...)
