I am in Azure AI studio, working to create a RAG Copilot test example. I am supposed to create a new hub, but there is no "Manage, collaborate, and organiza with hubs"

Creating a new hub in Azure AI Studio can be a bit confusing if you don't see the "All Hubs" option in the left pane. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through this process:

To create a new hub in Azure AI Studio, follow these steps:

    Sign In:

    • Go to the Home page in Azure AI Studio and sign in with your Azure account.

    Navigate to Hubs:

      - In the left pane, select "All hubs". If you do not see this option, explore other menu items or expand any collapsible sections in the navigation menu.

      **Create a New Hub**:

         - Click on the "+ New hub" button.

         **Enter Hub Details**:

            - In the "Create a new hub" dialog, enter a name for your hub (e.g., `contoso-hub`) and click "Next".

            **Configure AI Services Connection**:

               - Leave the default option "Connect Azure AI Services" selected. This will create a new AI services connection for the hub.

               **Review and Create**:

                  - Review the information provided and select "Create" to finalize the setup.

    Troubleshooting Tips

    Permissions Issues:

    • If you encounter issues due to permissions, reach out to your administrator to ensure you have the necessary access.

    Azure Policy:

      - If your organization is using Azure Policy and you face restrictions in AI Studio, create the hub directly in the Azure portal instead.
