Hi Folks ,
By sudden my SP 2013 central admin throwing below error .
I have tried with custom code error on/off etc thins but no luck!!! Also i have tried from PS script Get-SPPorduct -Local and (get-spfarm).BuildVersion facing error like the local farm not accessible.
when i ran 2013 product configuration wizard it's failing bec of SharePoint_Config file is missing in DB .
How to get SharePoint_Config??

You mean SharePoint_Config DB is missing from your SQL ? If that's the reason, you need to restore the database back again. check with your Backup team for Config Database.

Unexpectedly we don't have Back up of "SharePoint_Config". what's soln forthis ?
If configuration database is missing, thats mean you farm is down and now you have to two options.
Either Built a new farm
You have to take the backup of all content dbs
Install and configure SharePoint in a farm.( you have to uninstall the sharepoint as Config DB missing)
Create new web application and service application
Apply all the customization, authentication and other changes ( if any).
now mount the content database to web application and test it.
lastly, perform a backup of all your database.
Restore the Config DB from backup:
Make Sure recover point is as close as possible to the deletion time. if there is lag between deletion time and recovery time then you may see the orphan sites. i.e if Config DB was deleted at 7AM and your restore time is 4 am then u will see issue.
Since you don't have the second option rebuilding a new farm is the only option.

we found back up and restored to the DB . i am attaching list error messages with comment

Make sure you have proper access on the SQL end for the account you are using, The accounts needs to DBCreator & SecurityAdmin on the Database end (or) you need to have DBOwner for those databases.

Yes , I am using farm credentials and have all required permission . Some wer sp and sql db is not communicating.
No idea whats to be done !

Per your description, your issue seems to be caused by a missing SharePoint_Config Database.
Please go to your SQL Server to verify if the SharePoint_Config Database exists:
If it doesn’t exist, one solution is to restore it from a backup. As you don’t have a backup of it, you may need to rebuild your farm.

Yes we found the backup and restored it. But still no luck with all possible ways.
Tried tons of ways to resolve.

Could you tell me how did you restore your database?
I deleted SharePoint_config database on my SQL Server and set <customErrors mode> to "off", I got the same error like yours:
I fixed it by restoring the deleted SharePoint_config database.
Therefore, I suspect that this may not be a communication issue between SP Server and DB Server, but is still a problem of a missing or incomplete database, so I want to confirm with you how you restored your database.
I restored my SharePoint_config database by the following steps:
Yes exactly same thing i did to restore DB. But no luck.
I have deleted all the .xml files except the cache.ini and replaced the number with 1 and sharePoint Timer Service is restarted
One more thing I observed in cache folder no files are getting generating ?

If the cache files are not dumping in the folder it means SharePoint Timer Service is not started on that Server, try restarting the service on the Server.
