how to add new PAW WorkStation that are connected with vpn and other network

Hello,

What are recommendation or point should be consider when adding PAW Workstation in Active directory tiering 0 part in network point of views.
for example ,some workstations may be in connected with VPN and may be have some other network or in vlan..
so what are network consideration should be take while onboarding PAW workstation in tier 0 part or adding PAW OU .

I need to add new workstation as PAW in tier 0 OU so that it can access the tier 0 asset so what are things need to do with network point of view .
