I can not use the Authenticator any more
Hi.
I had to switch smartphones (iPhone) because my old one was not working any more. I restored the iCloud Backup but now I am unable to use the Authenticator to confirm my login attempt. I am writing this post from another MS account I have.
I am the only administrator of a 365 environment. The account is still visible in the Authenticator but requires the scan of a QR code to continue. I can not access this QR code without logging in first. Trying to login via the browser requires me to either confirm the login by using the Auhtenticator app or by using a code (which I also can not generate as the Authenticator requires the QR code first). I am out of ideas and need urgent support with this.
