Unable to create Media Service account.

Hi.

I want to create Azure Media Services, but I have a problem with permission.How can we solve this problem?

    @pyohwan.jang Please note that Azure Media Services (AMS) is being retired on June 30th, 2024. It could be possible that the creation of new AMS services are being limited.

    Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
