Conversion of file from CSV to Excel in local folder

Hello Team,
I have created 1 pipeline the file will be created and copied into one of the folders in one of the server drives(Filesystem).
I am not able to create file in .xlsx format. So,i have created the file is copied into CSV.
Now i need to convert the csv file into .xlsx format how it can be done in logical app. Is there any supporting document or link it will be helpfull for me.
