Is it possible to fine-tune Mistral model and then Deploy it as API ?

Hello everyone,

I'm a bit new to Aure, and I have a question about Azure AI Studio.

I've seen that it is possible to basically fine-tune an open-weight Mistral model in Azure AI Studio, and I've also seen that we can deploy a model as an API endpoint.

Then my question is : can we first fine-tune a model in Azure AI Studio and then deploy it as an API endpoint ?

Would this involve creating the API itself, or it there a service that already does that ?
