How to change the address of invoices that have been issued?

I have received my invoice from Azure, but the address is incorrect. I would like to change the address and the company name so that I can be reimbursed. is it possible?

    Hello Allen, to update the address and company name on your Azure invoice, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal using the email address associated with the account administrator permission on the billing account for a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)
    2. Search for “Cost Management + Billing”
    3. Select “Billing profiles” from the left-hand side
    4. Choose the billing profile you want to update
    5. Update the billing address with the correct information
    6. Save your changes
