SSPR_0011 - how to find out the login and password for the administrator account

Hello,

We need to transfer Office365 to a newer computer. We have the user login of this program. We do not know the user password. Our organization has not defined a method for recovering the user account password. The boss who purchased the license does not remember the administrator account login. How can we use the Office 365 license on a new computer and disable it on the permanent computer.
