Hello,
I am having a problem with ECP with this error
I have 2 Mail servers and 2 Client access servers.
The 2 mail server have the back end configured, and the 2 client access the front end on IIS
OWA works perfectly except for ECP
Have tried updatecas on the 4 servers, have tried recreating ECP directories, the paths are correctly on the application pools.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

Could you please share the exact error message while accessing https://localhost/ecp on the servers?
Check if you are getting the login page. Error appears before or after the credentials.
Please remove personal information while sharing the details.
Check the authentication on the ECP virtual directory which should be identical to OWA.
the error is : Server Error in '/ecp' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.
Error appears after giving the credentials or after pressing options on logged one OWA
Authentication settings are Anonymous and WINDOWS are Enabled as OWA

What happens if you access https://localhost/ecp? Check if Forms Authentication is enabled using the powershell Get-ECPVirtualDirectory
Also, please provide the error code and check for event ID's in application logs. Event ID will have the inner exception to identify the cause. It could be possible with web.config, sharedweb.config files etc.
Any recent windows/security/exchange cumulative update?
What is the detailed version of exchange server?
The same error accessing locally using localhost, forms Authentication is enabled on both Client access servers dont know why, using Get-ECPVirtualDirectory(BASIC and FORMS are True, others are false)
The error occurred after updating to CU23, forgot to mention, Version is Exchange server 2013 15.0.1104.4000 Build 1497.2
Can you please share the event ID and the screenshot of the error message for further analysis.
Everything about installation went well, the pre-requisites were installed, all the services are running well.
I cant seem to find anything on the event viewer about this
Without the error message, we can only provide the generic troubleshooting steps for this issue. So, please provide the screenshot of the error message while browsing https://localhost/ecp on the CAS server and also check for event ID's to get the inner exception. As the issue could be with the virtual directory, virtual directory settings, App pool, configuration files, etc.

Please try running the "UpdateCAS.ps1" and “UpdateConfigFiles.ps1” script from the Exchange install directory scripts subfolder and check the result:
Run Exchange Management Shell or Powershell as an administrator:
cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Bin"
UpdateCAS.ps1
UpdateConfigFiles.ps1
