How to fix Power Options hidden/not showing?

I have a problem where if I want to change my power plan/option all it shows is ballanced. I tried watching a video and they told me to paste in some power plan codes for High performance, Power Saver, etc. I pressed enter as it was already in admin mode and it said it saved with some sorta guid something like that save message so I went back to check and it was not there. There was another option to download a pow file and copy it as a path and paste it into your cmd with admin perms and it said this guid thing whatever has already existed so I checked again and it was not there. Please help me fix this.
