Unable to recover locked Azure account and still being charged every month

My account has been locked since March 9, 2024, following the purchase of a Skype number. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account, all my efforts have failed. You can reference my case numbers for more details:

SIR18435465

SIR18469277

SIR18529417

SIR18596837

SIR18697944

Recovering my account has been extremely difficult, yet Azure continues to charge me approximately $150 USD each month.

It's impossible to create any Azure support ticket without signed-in, that's why I can only try to ask support from community.

I hope any body from Azure support team can help me to clear all my azure resources and close my Azure account.

Best regards.

    Hi X Z,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
