Assistance Needed with Adding Tenants to Microsoft Partner Portal

I am reaching out on behalf of XYZ Company. We have multiple Office 365 clients who have created their individual standalone Office 365 subscriptions. Recently, we signed up for the Microsoft Partner Portal as a reseller and cloud partner, and both statuses have been approved and authorized.

Our goal is to connect all our clients' Office 365 accounts to tenants in the Microsoft Partner Portal. Despite having global admin access, I am encountering an issue when attempting to add tenants. The error details are as follows:

jsonCopy code"CorrelationId": "c93531fe-9af3-4ded-8f8e-d9a07363e8c1",
"CorrelationVector": "vP/g9eYRgEmJi26p.1",
"Time": "20 Jun 2024 05:29:09 +00:00",
"Status": "Unauthorized"

Additionally, when I log into Microsoft Lighthouse, it indicates that I should be an indirect reseller or direct partner, which I am.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can successfully add our tenants to the Microsoft Partner Portal.

Thank you for your support.

    I am currently logged into the partners portal with global admin access, but I do not see the customers and security workspace available under my access. It appears that permissions for these workspaces have not been granted to me.

    As I am the global admin, could you please guide me on how to assign the necessary permissions to myself to access the customers and security workspace?
