Hello,

Our organization's Azure AD subscription is deactivated, and I got an email stating that it's canceled. However, I don't know anything about the cancellation process. I'm trying to contact support, but I keep getting an error. Can you please guide me on what steps I can take to reactivate our Azure AD Subscription?

Thank you.

    Hello Bettina Ruff,

    Thanks for your question.

To reactivate the subscription please take the steps below:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Go to Subscriptions and then select the canceled subscription.
    3. Select Reactivate. The above is documented in the link below Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Your Azure subscription can get disabled because your credit has expired or if you reached your spending limit. It can also get disabled if you have an overdue bill, hit your credit card limit, or because the Account Administrator canceled the subscription.

Please refer to the following link and follow the steps in the link to reactivate your subscription. Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
